AI & SaaS Adoption Decision Support organizes the information and implementation conditions needed for an adoption decision. We do not enter into contracts, make purchases or expenditures, deploy products in production, or make final decisions on the client’s behalf.

The following costs may be incurred in addition to the product price or service fee.

• Bank transfer fees
• Internet connection charges
• Communication charges
• Costs of preparing the environment needed to use Google Meet, Zoom, Google Docs, or similar services
• Actual costs incurred for printing, postage, or preparation of additional materials
• Usage fees, license fees, and other third-party costs when the client contracts for or uses candidate AI or SaaS products directly

Services are generally provided online and deliverables supplied as PDF files, Google Docs, or similar formats, so shipping charges do not ordinarily apply.

Payment is generally made by bank transfer.

Any other payment method must be agreed in advance between us and the applicant.

After a formal application is received, we issue a quotation or invoice.

Payment is due by the date shown on the invoice. As a general rule, scheduling, assessment, production, and design work begin after payment has been confirmed.

After reviewing the application, we issue a quotation or invoice as necessary.

A contract is formed after we review the application and issue a quotation or invoice, when the applicant agrees to its terms and we confirm payment, or at another time separately agreed between us and the applicant.

Services and deliverables are provided by one or more of the following methods, as appropriate.

• Google Meet
• Zoom
• Email
• PDF documents
• Google Docs
• Another method agreed in advance between us and the applicant
• Excel files or other spreadsheet files

If a special application period applies, it will be stated on the relevant page, quotation, invoice, or notice.

If no special period is stated, there is no fixed application period.

Each service is generally provided on a per-session or per-engagement basis.

We may be unable to accept an application depending on current commitments, workload, and available capacity.

For any continuing, subscription, or monthly agreement, the contract term, fees, payment terms, and cancellation terms will be disclosed in advance.

To reschedule an online consultation, session, or other service provided at a set date and time, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

A no-show or cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be treated as a completed service.

If a deliverable contains an evident typographical error, omission, or file defect attributable to us, please contact us within seven days of delivery.

Where we determine that a correction is required, we will make it within a reasonable scope.

However, client-requested changes in direction or assumptions after delivery, additional research or analysis, and additional production may be quoted separately.

The following environment may be required for online consultations, document sharing, and review of deliverables.

• An internet connection
• The ability to send and receive email
• An environment capable of using Google Meet or Zoom
• The ability to view PDF files
• The ability to view Google Docs
• A computer, smartphone, tablet, or other device with a web browser

For the system environment, supported devices, account requirements, and other conditions of any AI or SaaS product under consideration, please review the relevant provider’s terms.

We are not responsible for issues caused by the user’s network, device environment, software settings, or similar conditions.
